Drawing on my foundational experience as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), I combine analytical precision with over four decades of professional experience as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and property insurance claims specialist. This unique fusion allows me to bring a forensic, intelligence-led mindset to real estate and infrastructure valuation.
My current work focuses on the synergy between AI and OSINT methodologies. I develop advanced frameworks to detect economic anomalies, optimize property risk assessment, and support evidence-based public policy—transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for governance and innovation ecosystems globally.
I leverage these Investigative AI tools through the VDA™ (Visual Damage Analysis) methodology to provide forensic-level clarity in property claims.
