As Founder and Director of the National Institute for Valuation and Research in Israel, I lead applied research integrating artificial intelligence, open-source intelligence, and economic fundamentals to enhance transparency, decision-making, and value assessment in complex systems.

With over four decades of professional experience as a certified real estate appraiser and property insurance claims specialist, I combine analytical precision with systemic insight.
